The Start


This is a blog that is meant to motivate me to stop being a couch potatoe. I never really have struggled with my weight but health wise yes. When I go walking with my friends im usually the first one to get tired, the first to break a sweat, the first to eat junk food, and the first to ask to watch tv. The new year is coming and i want to get fit by my birthday, wich is close to summer. The holidays are over and I'm ready to shed the 10 lbs I gained. I'm not only makining this to shed the pounds but to also stop wasting my life behind a computure screen. I know the toughest part is just the start but i think this is a pretty good beginning.

So Sorry Loving Followers But Good News!

Well as you guys may have noticed I havn’t been blogging latley because I am proud to say that I am no longer addicted to Tumblr. I thought this would never happen but since then I have stept away from my computure and really looked at myself. What I saw was an average teenager wanting to be different and happy with herself. So since then I have worked harder to acheive my goals, I have worked harder in school-considering my procrastination lead to fly dropping grades- , I’ve been eating smaller portions, and joined a gym! So far I am proud to say I have dropped 2 pounds. I know two pounds? Lamo but I have had the same weight since I could remember. So I really hope I don’t jinx my way to become smaller again. Wish me luck:)

Day 5

I feel like a horrible person that is basically completley off the wagon becuase I havn’t been doing well. Oh gosh I need support. However, having a blog similar to this really works becuase usually after I write how horrible I feel I work out a little. I heart my blog. Gee I’m a loser…

Day Three. Oh Just kidding! Day FOUR

Oh I did really bad yesterday. Well kind of… Actually I don’t know. For breakfast I had one whole wheat toast with peanut butter, then I walked to the 101, got a fresh tuna sandwich with blue chips and freshly made salsa. I ate half and saved the rest for dinner. So far so good. This is where I slip up. I finished the rest of my sandwich and then I’m like I did pretty good, I feel like having some chocolates. So a surviving size became 2 and then I had some pretzels. I felt fat so I had some green tea. It was a really confusing day. So did I do well?

Day Three… New Years Day

Well I ate healthy the whole time. That’s such bull shit. I wasn’t thinking of weight loss at all. Oh well I’ll burn it off by working out later… So yeah. Woop woop 1/1/2012, the official day that millions of Americans say that they are going to loose weight today and in the end give up. Well not me. No sir I’m in for the long run. Ew, I just reliezed something. School is tomorrow and I havn’t done any of my homework. Yay…
